Dutch Baby

Makes one large pancake.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Place a heavy, oven-safe 10-inch skillet in the oven and preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Combine the eggs, flour, milk, sugar and nutmeg using a blender or whisk until smooth.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and melt the butter in it.
- When the butter has melted, add the batter to the skillet and return to the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
- Serve with syrup, fruit preserves, powdered sugar and cinnamon, or whatever you would like!
